Here we go folks... First state ADAP to fall.. Who is next ??? Shift it all to the Federal level - they have the money - for now. Meanwhile the House of Reps are trying to kill the same program CT says will be paying for it. Guess neither side is talking to the other.. It is only February, we have not reached the 90 day mark...
